This instructive yet culturally rich book is written to compensate the lack of Arabic music pieces for violin beginners. This book is designed for individual lessons with a teacher because each piece is arranged in a Student-Teacher duet where the student plays only on the open string. Included in this book, are simplified arrangements of famous Oriental and Mediterranean music to accommodate the technical level of beginner players of all ages.
