Publications
The Burghauser catalog of Dvořák scores numbers this [revised] version of the work B200. The original 1888 version is numbered B159. The first modern edition of B200 (Czech text only) with extensive scholarly notes was published by Státní hudební vydavatelství (Prague, 1966). The piano reduction for B200 was edited and revised from Dvořák’s manuscript by Otakar Šourek by Roman Veselý (Prague: Hudební Matice Umělecké Besedy, 1943).
