DELIVERY TIME
All scores are in stock. A placed order will be usually dispatched the following working day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
*Using PayPal Payment Gateway: your PayPal account OR credit card / debit card (without PayPal account)

We only accept payment in EUR. We don’t accept cheques.
Debit card process is only available for German customers and using the PayPal Gateway

Purchase on account:  Payment option for customers, who have already placed orders before. For new customers we ask for prepayment.
Bank transfer is only recommended for EU customers due to very high additional bank charges for overseas customers.

For music dealers: We give you a dealer discount. Please get in contact with us. Please send orders by mail/fax or call us. If you would like to use the online shop for orders, please activate the “Purchase on account” button at checkout and you will get an invoice with the dealer discount.

SHIPMENT COSTS
ALL orders are sent with a tracking number (Exception: Germany)
Orders are shipped via DHL or DEUTSCHE POST and are handed over to the national postal service in the destination country.
As soon as the order has been shipped,
you will receive the tracking number by an email “Order completed”.
Please also check your SPAM folder. And make sure that you are present on the delivery date or leave a message where the shipment can be dropped off or deposited.

Shipment costs are updated on 20 January, 2025.
Shipments ABROAD include a special surcharge for the shipping companies,  calculated per kilogram
